They wear them for pictures but as soon as they get to the dance the shoes come off. Here the teachers collect bags and are in charge of them while the dance is on. The shoes are just set on the side at the dance.

Well when I went, some of the girls did, but alot of us just took our shoes off because trying to dance in heels is hard for some people, and when your jumping and doing all sorts of weird dances then your feet will start to hurt, and you could be doing alot of walking. I would take them off if I were you because your going to have to shower anyhow but your feet will be extremely dirty. Also you can gather a few friends and place your stuff all together and then check on it every once in a while to make sure no one stole it or get a table depending on where your event is at and just place your stuff there. At my school most people wear high heels and then place their shoes and coat in the auditorium.

I don’t I bring flats or socks with me to place on anf we have a coat and shoe check at my school so IDK where to place your things. maybe in someones car?
